Product Returns at Happywool: Follow these simple steps for a successful return!

Return Conditions:

The products to be returned must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Any item that does not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.

Returns are accepted within 60 days from the delivery of the respective order.

Returns of Kits:

Kits can be returned provided they are complete, which means they include :

• Kraft packaging
• Balls of yarn
• Instruction sheet
• Envelope with a yarn needle and a label
• Knitting or crochet needles if they were part of the order (if you did not check the option "I do not want ...").

Any kit returned incomplete cannot be refunded.

Return Form:

The return form is found on the second page of your invoice received by email.
It is mandatory to fill out the following information:

Return date

Your name

Your phone number

Include this form in your return package before sending it.
Please note that you can only return one order at a time.
