I have not received my return label

Product return at Happywool: Simple and quick procedure!
The return slip can be found on the second page of your invoice, sent via the "Your invoice is available" email.
It is mandatory to fill in the following information for an effective return:

Return date

Your name

Your phone number

Once this information is filled in, add the slip to your return package before sending it.
