Items that cannot be returned

Return conditions:

Products to be returned must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Any item not meeting these conditions will not be refunded.

Returns are accepted within 60 days from the delivery of the respective order.

The following items are excluded from returns :

• Incomplete kits
• Mystery packs
• Catalogues
• Damaged items or items not in their original condition
• PDF patterns
