Return a Kit

Return of Kits:

Kits can be returned provided that they are complete, which means they must include:

• Kraft packaging
• Balls of yarn
• Instruction sheet
• Envelope with yarn needle and a label
• Knitting needles or crochet hook, if they were part of the order (if you did not check the option "I do not wish...").

Any kit returned incomplete will not be eligible for a refund.
