Send my return parcel

Options for returning your parcel:

Via Mondial Relay collection point (free) : Edit the return label from "My account" > "My orders & returns", then click on "Return label" for the relevant order.

- Fill out the return form, print the return label, and attach it to your parcel.

- Drop your parcel at the nearest Mondial Relay collection point.

The Mondial Relay return is available from France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

In-store under the Happywool.com brand (free)

- Check where the nearest Happywool.com store is located on the website www.Happywool.com (note, no returns possible in our BHV corners)

- Bring the items you wish to return and your order number.

- Choose between an exchange or a refund.

You have the option to send your parcel back to the following address (the pre-filled return label is not valid here):
