My return label

Returning products at Happywool : Follow these simple steps for a successful return!
If you wish to return your order or part of it, nothing could be easier:

Edit your return label: You can find this in "My Account", under the "My Orders and Returns" tab. Select the order you wish to return and click on "Return Label" (you are now in the Mondial Relay space).

Fill in the return label: Once the label is displayed, complete the requested information and click on "Get my label".

The free Mondial Relay return is available from France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
