Status of my order

Once your order is confirmed, the status of your order changes.

It actually goes through 4 stages: Registered, In preparation, Shipped and Delivered.

You can find the status history of your order in your customer account by consulting "My Dashboard", then "My Orders and Returns", you have access to all the information about the tracking of your order.

• Registered order: your order is confirmed
• Order in preparation: your order has been sent to our warehouse. Our warehouse is preparing your order.
• Order shipped: your order has left our warehouse. The carrier you chose has taken charge of your package. You will then receive an email from the carrier to indicate the tracking of your delivery.
• Order delivered: you have received your package.
