You can track the progress of your Happywool.com order in your customer account, under "My orders and returns". The order tracking is divided into four stages: Registered, In preparation, Dispatched, and Delivered. By clicking on "track my parcel" you will be redirected to the courier's website.
In addition to each stage of your order tracking, you will receive an email:
- Order registered: Once your payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email of your order with an order number and the details of your purchases.
- .Order dispatched: At the time your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This number allows you to follow the delivery of your parcel according to the chosen courier.
- Order billed: When your order is dispatched, your payment is debited and you receive an email with the invoice and the return note attached.
- Order delivered: Upon delivery, you will receive an email from the courier, either to indicate that your parcel has arrived at the collection point (in the case of delivery to a collection point) or to inform you of the delivery day (in the case of home delivery).
