What to do if my order is confirmed but I haven't received my parcel ?
If your order is confirmed but you have not yet received it, here are two options to check in order to fix the situation:
1. Check if your order has been shipped
The first step is to check if your order has indeed been shipped. To do so:
Log in to your customer account in "My Profile."
Go to the "My Orders and Returns" section.
Select the order in question and click on "Order Details" to check its status.
If your order has been shipped, you will be able to track your parcel.
2. If you encounter an anomaly in tracking
If you notice an anomaly in your parcel's tracking, or if the tracking link does not work, don not hesitate to contact our Customer Relations service.
