How can I track the delivery of my order ?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a parcel number. This number will allow you to track the progress of your order's delivery.
1. Tracking your parcel via your customer account
In "My Account", you can easily find your parcel number. Here are the steps to follow:
Go to "My orders & returns".
Click on "Tracking my parcel" to see the status of your delivery.
2. If you cannot find your parcel number
If you are unable to locate your parcel number, make sure your order is marked as "Dispatched". This means your parcel has left our warehouse and is on its way to you.
