We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express, and Bancontact cards. Virtual payment cards are not accepted.

On Happywool.com, all payments are secure. Depending on the amount of your purchase or your bank, an additional code may be required. This code is sent to you by your bank by text. You can also authorize your purchase through your banking app.

The amount of your order will be charged at the time of shipment. If you have made a payment via Paypal, it will be processed upon confirmation of your order.

The invoice for your purchase is sent by email.

We do not accept cheque payments.
