Downloading your PDF pattern from your customer account

How to access your PDF pattern after your order?

Once logged into your client area, go to the "My Profile" tab and click on "My Downloaded Documents". There you will find a link to download your pattern, usually available within 30 minutes after placing your order.

Your personalised pattern library

Where to find your patterns at any time?
All your patterns remain available in your customer account. You can view and download them at any time. Moreover, if you order other patterns, they will be added to your personalised library, allowing you to have all your patterns gathered in one place.
