My loyalty programme

My loyalty discount:

The loyalty discount is activated when you reach 200 points on your VIP Happywool.com card.
The 200 points are converted into a 15% discount on your next purchase within a maximum of 7 days and are deducted from your points balance.
(For example: you have reached 205 points, 200 points will be converted into a 15% discount and you will have 5 points left).

You will then receive an email within a maximum of 7 days, informing you of your discount code which will give you 15% off your next purchase. This discount code is valid for 90 days.
This loyalty benefit is applicable only on the Phildar, Pingouin and PPY brands.

If you haven't received your email with the promotional code, please check your "junk mail" and ensure that your email address is correct in "My customer account".

My birthday benefit:

You receive an email after your birthday with a discount code giving you 20% off your next order. This discount is valid for 30 days and is not combinable with any ongoing offer.
After your birthday and during your next order, your VIP Happywool.com card is credited with an additional 50 points.

This loyalty benefit is applicable only on the Phildar, Pingouin, and PPY brands.
